This is a balance shaft delete plug for Duratec and Ecoboost engines found in many Ford and Mazda vehicles. Use this kit to reduce rotational drag by eliminating the heavy balance shaft assembly. This kit plugs the oil feed hole for the balance shaft so that it can be removed. This kit works with Duratec 2.3L,  Duratec 2.5L, EcoBoost 2.0L, and EcoBoost 2.3L. This includes machined aluminium blanking plug, O-ring and a suitable fastener.
