An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford 1.4 & 1.6 CVH Engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.
The runners on this manifold are to suit the Yamaha R6 carburettor spacings (Please check your carbs are spaced 72mm - 72mm - 72mm prior to purchasing this manifold). All of our manifolds are designed to mount the carburettors at the correct angle to ensure the floats function correctly in their bowls. Ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of Keihin R6 carburettors for their CVH project.
Manifolds come complete with coolant connections (where applicable) as standard and a brake servo connection on the runner nearest the gearbox. Please use the check box options to specify the number of vacuum connections you require (servo connection will be supplied with a blanking plug if the manifold is specified without).
Note regarding the EFI CVH head.
Our CVH head plate and gaskets have a larger footprint (specifically along the top edge) than a standard manifold and will therefore cover the injector cutouts on the EFI head.
