10mm thick 6082 T6 Aluminium CNC cut inlet manifold flange to suit the Ford 1.4/1.6 CVH engine as found in the XR2, XR3 etc. The Port dimensions are 33 X 36.5MM.

Our Aluminium flanges are now CNC machined and ports have been contoured to aid fabrication of tubular inlet manifolds therefore the head side of the plate is matched to the head whilst the opposing side may still have material left in to allow for better blending/flow.

Note regarding the EFI CVH head.

Our CVH head plate and gaskets have a larger footprint (specifically along the top edge) than a standard manifold and will therefore cover the injector cutouts on the EFI head.
