10mm thick 5053 Aluminium CNC machined inlet manifold adapter plate to suit the Ford Duratec engine (not 2.5). This plate/stud arrangement allows the fitment of a Duratec inlet in the inverted orientation - this is useful when using certain aftermarket plenums that need to point the other way (eg Caterham inlet).

The kit consists of:

1 x DTEC-IFLANGE-002 Adapter Plate

6 x M8 Machine Screws

Port shape is that of the standard Duratc engine - due to the existing stud positions on the head the inlet will be raised by 3mm when using this plate. Therefore for best results a small amount (3mm ramp) will need to be removed from the bottom edge of the ports on the inlet that is to be fitted. However if you are looking for a quick solution you can of course bolt the manifold straight on, but ensuring smooth flow will get the best from your conversion.
