A short inlet manifold to suit the Ford Duratec 2.0L engine (will also fit 2.3L) as fitted to the Fiesta ST150. TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. This manifold is designed for the standard Weber DCOE style mounting and can be made with 45mm, 48mm or 50mm bore mounting plates. The spacing between carbs 2-3 is 93mm and the carbs/throttle bodies are placed horizontally (for throttle body manifolds with an upward angle please see our other listings).

Please specify throttle body port size, if this hasnt been specified we will automatically send a 45mm port.

We have specifically designed this short version for the Fiesta ST150 engine bay (mk6 Fiesta) where space is at a premium. With standard length 118mm DCOE style throttle bodies, 25mm trumpets and a Pipercross C502D filter (all available from our store) there are no modifications required to the engine bay (cutting of front panel etc). Note that the throttle position sensor will need to be positioned at the gearbox end of the throttle bodies due to space constraints at the cam belt end. In some cases the throttle shaft will need to be cut back to give sufficient clearance to the PAS pump.

 Please Note that this is for the 2.0l or 2.3l Version of the ford duratec engine, not the 2.5 (with larger ports). Please see our other listings for this engine application.

The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.
