This individual throttle body kit for fitment to the Ford & Mazda 2.5 Duratec Engine. 50mm DCOE Individual throttle bodies (an ideal size for the 2.5 unit).
4 x 50mm DCOE Throttle Bodies (spaced to achieve equal length runners on the manifold)

Custom Billet -6an Fuel Rail can be fitted with AN fittings or 8mm hosetails (please specify when ordering)

Full wasted spark supplement pack with custom length HT leads and coil pack incorporated into the oil breather plate.
Our manifold is a TIG welded aluminium construction with precision machined gasket surfaces and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. The fuel rail supplied is a single piece (not the typical twin type with fuel hose in between or the leak-prone O-ring type).
The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.
This item is made to order and therefore on a 10 working day lead time. If you require any additional vacuum take-offs adding to the manifold, these are easily added - please contact us.
This kit achieved 217hp and 225lb//ft with the help of a free flowing exhaust on our otherwise stock 2.5 Duratec (unknown engine mileage) when back to back tested on our in-house rolling road. With a set of cams (please see a separate listing) 250bhp is easily achievable.
