An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford Zetec E Engine (1.6/1.8/2.0 silvertop and blacktop - please contact us for this application), TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this appliacation).

NOT suitable for ST170 engine (see our other items for ST170 specific parts).

The runners on this manifold are to suit the GSXR600 carburettor spacings (Please check your carbs are spaced 80mm - 80mm - 80mm prior to purchasing this manifold). All of our manifolds are designed to mount the carburettors at the correct angle to ensure the floats function correctly in their bowls. Ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of Mikuni GSXR600 carburettors for their Zetec project. Suitable for all Zetec engines from 1.6-2.0 (Commonly known as Silvertop and Blacktop Zetec).

Manifolds come complete with coolant connections (where applicable) as standard and a brake servo connection on the runner nearest the gearbox. Please use the check box options to specify the number of vacuum connections you require (servo connection will be supplied with a blanking plug if the manifold is specified without).
