A complete indivudual throttle body kit for the the Suzuki Jimny and Ignis 1.3 M13A and 1.5 M15A, featuring 40mm DCOE type throttle bodies.

The Kit consists of the following:

A set of 4 (2 pairs) of individual throttle bodies

danST DCOE inlet manifold (upswept and offset design to clear the brake servo)

Throttle Linkage & brackets

4 x danST single Piece CNC Trumpets (25mm, 50mm or 90mm length)

Pipercross Competition PX500 Air filter and base plate

Billet Fuel rail

Genuine Bosch 300cc Injectors (optional)

Throttle Position Sensor (Bosch 3 pin connector)

You will need a throttle cable kit to adapt to existing pedal and a fuel pressure regulator (aside from engine management) to fit this throttle body kit and get it running.

This kit made 125bhp and 119lbft on our in-house rolling road - a gain of 18bhp over the standard figure. Further gains would of course be seen with high lift cams.

Our manifold is a TIG welded aluminium construction with precision machined gasket surfaces and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. The velocity stacks included in this kit are our premium CNC items. Our supplied fuel rail is a single piece (not the typical twin type with fuel hose in between or the leak-prone O-ring type). 

The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.
