This component is designed to replace the existing coolant connection on the Volkswagen 16v 'KR' and 'ABF'engines to facilitate the fitment of individual throttle bodies (ITB's) or carburettors. The standard component will often (but not always, depending on which exact model and configuration) foul such induction systems, hence this part is re-designed to direct the pipework away from the carbs/ITB's in cases where clearance is a problem.
Connection diameters are 31.75mm (1-1/4") and 25.4mm (1").
This also includes a 1mm thick Novus heavy duty inlet gasket.
