An inlet manifold for fitment to the Peugeot 106 XSI, Rallye and Saxo VTR 8v engine. This manifold can be made with either the early or late cylinder head mounting pattern (early heads have 2 bolts in the middle/top, later heads have the single bolt in the middle). Please contact us to discuss which head you are using.
The runners on this manifold are to suit the Suzuki GSXR (600, 750, 1000, 1300) spacings (Please check your bodies are spaced 80mm-80mm-80mm prior to purchasing this manifold). Ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of GSXR Throttle Bodies for their 16V TU engined project. With this manifold the standard bike fuel rail, injectors and throttle linkages can be retained - the bodies can simply be bolted on without modification. The manifold includes a single connection for the brake servo - this can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering. The design of this manifold is such that the throttle bodies are angled upwards to aid clearance to the bulkhead - see the technical drawing for further information.
This manifold may be suitable for other citroen and peugeot models sharing the same 1.3 - 1.6 8v engine.
When purchasing please advise us of the throttle bodies to be used and their inner and outer diameters at the manifold end. This will enable us to make the manifold to best suit your application. If this information is not provided the manifold will be manufactured with 48mm outside diameter, 42mm internal diameter (suits GSXR1000 and some GSXR750).
This item is made to order and is therefore on a 10 working day lead time. If you require any vacuum take-offs adding to the manifold or a coolant connection these are easily added - please contact us.
