An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford 1.6/1.8/2.0 blacktop and silvertop Zetec E engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).

NOT suitable for ST170 engine (see our other items for ST170 specific parts).

The runners on this manifold are cranked and thus match the standard 2007-2010 ZX10R throttle body spacings of 83mm. Outside tube diameter is 51mm.Therefore the throttle bodies can be used in their standard configuration without the need to extend the linkages/fuel rail. This manifold is ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of ZX10R Throttle Bodies for their Zetec engined project. The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.

This manifold is not suitable for the earlier model ZX10R throttle bodies as the spacings are different. Please check your throttle bodies are spaced at 83-83-83 before purchasing this manifold. 

This item is made to order and therefore on a 10 working day lead time. If you require any additional vacuum take-offs adding to the manifold or a coolant connection these are easily added - please contact us.
