10mm thick 5053 Aluminium CNC WATERJET cut inlet manifold spacer plate to suit the Ford 1600 EFI inlet manifold when fitting to a Zetec engine. This plate arrangement spaces the upper part of the CVH EFI inlet manifold (eg Fiesta RS Turbo) upwards by 10mm to clear the Zetec rocker cover. This resolves the clearance issue found when mating this manifold to the Zetec E (silvertop and blacktop) engines.
NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).
NOT suitable ST170 engine (see our other items for ST170 specific parts).
Ideal for anyone converting from a CVH to a Zetec on a budget. NOTE that 2 x standard CVH EFI gaskets will be required to go either side of this plate.
