A bespoke EFI Fuel injection hardware package for the Naturally aspirated 924 2.0 and Turbo EA831 engine. Featuring our billet 6AN fuel rail extrusion and bespoke injector adapter kit, including bracketry and mounting to retain the fuel rail and injectors.

This kit is designed to replace the OEM fuel rail when removing/replacing the aging K-Jet mechanical fuel injection systems that often become problematic as they get older. Opting for a modern EFI setup such as this one will future proof the car and open up greater tuning opportunities, improving both performance and reliability.

Included in the Kit:

1 x Machined fuel rail extrusion with brackets and custom end terminations as specified by customer

4 x Lower injector adapters to replace the K-jet injectors

4 x Aluminium brackets for retaining the fuel rail

4 x top hat injector adapters for screwing into the lower adapters and retaining the aluminium brackets

4 x 16mm Aluminium fuel rail spacers (suit short/compact length EV14 injectors only)

4 x M8 x 30 socket button head fasteners

4 x M8 x 12 socket button head fasteners

NOTE! that this rail is intended for use in modified applications where an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator is to be used (example) and does not therefore provide any mounting for the OEM regulator or damper. Aftermarket Engine management will be required, this kit only forms part of the EFI upgrade. Crank Sensor and trigger wheel kit: Add our popular 36-1 trigger wheel and crank sensor kit, using a Ford VR sensor this kit is compatible with the majority of aftermarket engine management systems. 

Injectors: Add 4 x Genuine Bosch EV14 Injectors to your order. Please note, if using your own injectors they must be Bosch 14mm O-Ring fitment and a SHORT/COMPACT body injector.

Fuel Rail End Terminations: Please specify your requirement for the fuel hose connections.
