10mm thick Mild Steel CNC Lasercut cut exhaust manifold adapter plate to suit the Ford 1.6/1.8/2.0 Zetec engine. This plate/stud arrangement allows the fitment of any CVH exhaust manifold onto the popular 1.6/1.8/2.0 Blacktop and Silvertop Zetec E and Ford SVT/ST170 engine.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).

The kit consists of:

1 x ZTEC-CVH-002 Exhaust Plate

6 x M8 Manifold Studs (33mm Exposed Length once mounted in the plate)

9 x M8 Machine Screws

Port shape is that of the standard Zetec engine - some porting may therefore be required to match your CVH manifold. However if you are looking for a quick solution you can of course bolt the manifold straight on, but ensuring smooth flow will get the best from your conversion.  The port dimensions are 45 X 34mm.

This adapter is designed to suit the 1400/1600/1800 CVH exhaust manifolds.
