An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford ST170 VVT Engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. This manifold uses a specific plate that exactly matches the revised ports on this engine (larger and higher).

The runners on this manifold are cranked and thus match the standard GSXR750 and GSXR1000 throttle body spacing of 80mm. Outside tube diameter is 48mm.Therefore the throttle bodies can be used in their standard configuration without the need to extend the linkages/fuel rail. This manifold is ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of GSXR750 or GSXR1000 Throttle Bodies for their Zetec engined project. The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.

Manifold may also be suitable for other bike bodies/carbs with the same spacings and diameters - if in doubt please ask. Angles and lengths can be adjusted to your requirements.
