An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford 2.0 ST170 engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. The flange plate on this manifold is specifically designed around the larger, slightly repositioned ports on the ST when compared to the standard Zetec E.
The runners on this manifold are straight and thus spaced as per the standard engine spacing of 92mm. Therefore the throttle bodies used will require spacing to match. This manifold is ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of GSXR Throttle Bodies for their Zetec engined project. This manifold will only suit the following GSXR throttle bodies that have been re-spaced:
GSXR600 K1-K3 (requires 45mm OD tubing)
GSXR1000 K1-K2 (requires 48mm OD tubing)
Please advise us in the notes at checkout which throttle bodies you have.
The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.
This item is made to order and therefore on a 10 working day lead time. If you require any additional vacuum take-offs adding to the manifold or a coolant connection these are easily added - please contact us.
