An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford Zetec E Engine (1.6/1.8/2.0 silvertop and blacktop - please contact us for this application), TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application)

NOT suitable ST170 engine (see our other items for ST170 specific parts).

The runners on this manifold are to suit the ZX6R carburettor spacings (Please check your carbs are spaced 75mm - 75mm - 75mm prior to purchasing this manifold). All of our manifolds are designed to mount the carburettors at the correct angle to ensure the floats function correctly in their bowls. Ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of Keihin (early) or Mikuni (later) ZX6R carburettors for their Zetec project. Suitable for all Zetec engines from 1.6-2.0 (Commonly known as Silvertop and Blacktop Zetec).

Also suitable for use with early ZX9R carbs and some model CBR600 carbs (with above spacings).

Manifolds come complete with coolant connections (where applicable) as standard and a brake servo connection on the runner nearest the gearbox. Please use the check box options to specify the number of vacuum connections you require (servo connection will be supplied with a blanking plug if the manifold is specified without).
