danST Engineering are pleased to be able to offer full emission checks and calibration for kit and modified vehicles in preparation for the IVA test. Our SUN GDA5000 offers a comprehensive measurement of all important emissions such as CO, C02, Lambda and Hydrocarbons. This service can be booked independently or as an addition to the popular rolling road tuning we also offer. 

We are able to tune a wide variety of standalone/aftermarket ECU's in preparation for the IVA test, including Motorsport Electronics, Omex, Emerald, SCS, and Haltec among others.



Charges are per hour. Overall time period will depend on the scope of work required.

Please note: Whilst we are able to tune fueling and ignition timing and measure the 4 gases required we are not always able to achieve the test requirements on the first visit. Mechanical issues, faulty components or poor assembly (air leaks) can all contribute to emissions problems - we can of course advise on what the issues may be once we have carried out the basic tests. To maximise the likelyhood of success it is recommended that Catalytic converters are correctly sized and positioned. Likewise exhaust systems must be free from leaks and lambda sensors installed and functioning where required.
