10mm thick 6082 T6 Aluminium CNC cut inlet manifold flange to suit the 1.8 16V 'KR', PL Engine as fitted to the Golf GTI. Also suitable for fitment to the mk3 2.0 ABF, 9A and AAL engine. Port dimensions are 50 X 31mm.

Our Aluminium flanges are now CNC machined and ports have been contoured to aid fabrication of tubular inlet manifolds therefore the head side of the plate is matched to the head whilst the opposing side may still have material left in to allow for better blending/flow.

Note that this plate is now manufactured in 2 parts as pictured. This gives both the main plate and the small plate for fabricating a new coolant connection (the standard item often fouls individual carbs/throttle bodies). The hole in the coolant plate is 29mm which suits a 1-1/4" tube (32mm with 1.5mm wall).

Ideal for anyone wishing to weld their own inlet manifold.
