High performance 6063T6 billet aluminium fuel rail to suit the Renault Megane 2.0 Turbo engine as found in the Megane Sport.

Manufactured from our -6AN extrusion this fuel rail is pre-machined to accept standard Bosch 14mm top feed injectors and will mount on the standard inlet manifold with only a couple of minor modifications. Feed and return points are on top of the fuel rail in the same orientation as the OEM fuel rail.

Fuel hose connections. We can offer various fuel hose connection options for the fuel rail depending on requirements. Please choose from the drop down menu, or if no drop down is available please specify in the notes during checkout. Options are:


8mm Hosetail Fitted
Blanking Plug Fitted
-6AN (JIC) Fitting welded

Quick Connect Push Fit (10mm) stainless steel barb fitted - ideal for applications where the OEM plastic fuel line is being re-used


Modifications to OEM inlet manifold: Some minor material removal is required from one of the inlet manifolds casting webs at the cylinder no.1 end of the rail. A small amount of material will also need to be removed from the top faces of the two mounting pillars the the fuel rail mounts to.
