An inlet manifold for fitment to the Peugeot 205 XS, GT, Rallye and AX GT 8v engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance. This manifold is designed for the standard Weber DCOE Carb mounting and can be made with 40mm, 45mm or 48mm bore mounting plates. The spacing between carbs 2-3 is 101mm, however this can be adjusted if required (depending on your linkage). Likewise the 'lift' or 'H' dimension can be adjusted as required.

Please specify carb/throttle body port size (40/45/48mm).

Please note that on many installations (eg Saxo, AX etc) the top engine mount will require modification for clearance.

 Manifolds come complete with coolant connections (where applicable) as standard and a brake servo connection on the runner nearest the gearbox.
