A crank position sensor kit for the Suzuki M13A and M15A engines. This kit is designed to mount the Ford Zetec style VR crank sensor (a popular alternative for many aftermarket ECU installations) on the front of the engine to read a 36-1 trigger wheel. Suitable for both Swift Sport M15A and Jimny M13A engines.
The standard kit includes:
CNC profiled aluminium Mounting Bracket Assembly
M15A bolt-on 36-1 Steel Trigger Wheel
Relevant Hardware for mounting the bracket
Options:
A Ford Zetec 2 wire variable reluctance type sensor with standard 2 pin junior mini timer connection can be added.
By utilising the very popular 36-1 configuration the user is able to fit almost any aftermarket ECU for either 3d mappable ignition only (alongside carbs) or a fully mappable EFI ECU. This can also be beneficial in high performance applications and forced induction conversions where the standard ECU is not going to be suitable. The bracketry provided will position the crank sensor at 90 degrees before TDC (standard Ford Zetec trigger offset).
We can offer a range of ECU's for both ignition only and full EFI management to complement this kit. We also offer individual throttle body kits or carburettor kits for these engines should you require.
