An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford ST170 2.0 VVT engine, TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).

NOT suitable for Zetec E engine (see our other items for Zetec E specific parts).

The runners on this manifold are cranked and thus match the standard Yamaha R1 5PW throttle body spacing of 83-75-83mm (please check the spacing of your throttle bodies prior to purchasing this manifold). Outside tube diameter is 51mm. Therefore the throttle bodies can be used in their standard configuration without the need to extend the linkages/fuel rail. This manifold is ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of R1 5PW Throttle Bodies for their ST170 engined project. The manifold includes a single servo connection - these can be blanked off if not required, please advise when ordering.

Manifold may also be suitable for other bike bodies/carbs with the same spacings and diameters - if in doubt please ask. Angles and lengths can be adjusted to your requirements.

This item is made to order and therefore on a 10 working day lead time. If you require any additional vacuum take-offs adding to the manifold or a coolant connection these are easily added - please contact us.
