A complete 40mm DCOE individual throttle body kit for the Lotus Twin Cam engine that originally utilised Strongberg Carburettors.

The Kit consists of the following:

A set of 2 individual throttle bodies

danST DCOE inlet manifold adaptor plates (O-ring design)

Throttle linkage & brackets

2 x danST single piece CNC Trumpets (25mm, 50mm or 90mm length)

Pipercross Competition PX500 or PX600 air filter and baseplate (dependent upon trumpet lengths and space constraints)

Billet fuel rail

Genuine Bosch injectors

Throttle Position Sensor (Bosch connector)

ME221 ECU and Ford Zetec Loom, including pre-calibrated inlet air temperature, coolant temperature and VR crank sensor.

Coolant sensor housing

EFI fuel system pack, including an EFI fuel pump (external, not in tank), fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge and fuel filter.

Crank sensor mounting bracket.

Early Ford type ignition coil and HT leads 

Everything you will need to fit this throttle body kit - please do not confuse pricing with those offering only half a kit. Linkages, injectors, fuel rails, air filters and throttle sensors all add up!

Note - This kit does NOT include a crank sensor trigger wheel.

The velocity stacks included in this kit are our premium CNC items. Our supplied fuel rail is a single piece (not the typical twin type with fuel hose in between or the leak-prone O-ring type).
